Art Alley

In this narrow alley in historic downtown Bryan next to Savage Diva and the Frame Gallery, you will make a fun discovery – murals! These pieces were created by the 2024 participants of Art Reaching Teens (A.R.T.) for Life and Urban Canvas. These programs are hands-on, artist-mentored empowerment initiatives that provide youth involved in juvenile services a foundation for making better life choices and an opportunity to give back to the community through public art. Art for Life is organized by the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley and facilitated by artist and mentor LeAnn Hale of the Purple Turtle Art Studio.
