Museum of the American G.I.

This is a living history museum; its mission is to increase the public’s appreciation of the American Servicemen and women from WWI to the present through educational programs, static and living history displays, including original posters, as well as historical re-enactments.

Directions: The museum is on the west side of Highway 6.
From College Station: Going South on Highway 6, take the Texas World Speedway exit.  Stay on the feeder road past Santa’s Wonderland, turn right before the underpass.
From Houston: Going North on Highway 6, take the Texas World Speedway exit. Take the overpass to the southbound feeder road. Stay on the feeder road, past Santa’s Wonderland and turn right before the underpass.
